Service
Jo’s Exquisite will arrive approximately 30-60 minutes prior to your requested start time on the date of your rental. If the Client would like Jo’s Exquisite to arrive earlier, the Client will be charged at our current hourly “non-operational” rate of $50 per hour. Jo’s Exquisite agrees to have a video booth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Video Booth (adjusting camera, lighting etc., when applicable.) to achieve a quality product.
Access, Space and Power for the 360 and Photo Booth
Client will arrange for access to the event space and will supply any necessary items needed for location site entry. Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Video Booth at the event’s venue. The video booth requires a designated space 12’ deep x 12’ wide x 12’ high within 15 feet of an electrical outlet.
Our booths is not operational in the rain. Also, high temperatures cause our equipments to overheat. If the Booths is to be placed outdoors, Client agrees to provide complete overhead coverage for the 360 booth or photobooth for the entire duration of the event.
Payment/Cancellation
To secure your date, $150 deposit and signed contract is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 1 week before the event.
When you pay your deposit, we reserve your date and time and do not take any other reservations for that date and/or time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of date change, location change, or event cancellation.
Payment Terms
No items/services shall be agreed to outside of the Client Invoice whether written, oral or applied. Jo’s Exquisite will be under no duty to perform its obligations under this Agreement until such time as Client has paid the service fee in full. Making payment upon this contract and invoice solidifies this agreement.
Damage to Equipment
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Jo’s Exquisite’s Equipment caused by any misuse of the Jo’s Exquisite’s Equipment by Client or its guests. Jo’s exquisite has the right to stop all services for safety purposes, if kids or pets are uncontrolled and frequently walk into the spinning device.
Liability
Client shall indemnify Jo’s Exquisite against any and all liability arising from Client’s negligence or willful misconduct related to Client’s Event. Jo’s Exquisite shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Client, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and guests from any loss, damages, claims, liability, costs arising from or related to Providers, including, but not limited its staff’s negligence or willful misconduct related to the services provided under this contract.
Model Release Equipment
Client hereby agrees to and understands that all guests using the video booth/photobooth or other equipment hereby give Jo’s Exquisite the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any video booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose, including social media—Facebook, IG, YouTube etc. In addition, I, hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Jo’s Exquisite, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
Internet Access
If we are able to successfully connect to our internet hotspot or event location has onsite wifi, videos will be available for viewing on the sharing station within 30-60 seconds. If no internet coverage becomes available at the event location (rare occasion), we will send all digital copies to the Client and guests within 24 hours of event conclusion.
Your $150 deposit/payment signifies your understanding and consent to the terms of this Agreement.
